Post in Anti Flood tool in demo PA - not exited in lastest PA 1.2Pre7

Hi All ,
I'm trying to deploy , test , and translate PA to Vietnamese (lastest version
in update page 1.2pre7 ).

But compare with demo page , i found it have the anti Flood in register page (
http://www.peopleaggregator.net/register.php ) but is not exited in PA 1.2pre7

I think it's very important to have that function to prevent flood register.
(Cause hackers in Vietnam alway try to destroy the new things.)

Would Anyone help me add this function to PA 1.2pre 7 ?
(Cause i changed almost file have the text not point to I18n  translate )
